BUSINESS PROBLEM
In order to maximize industrial efficiency, the SIGMA (with the support of ACCIÓ) project addresses the challenge of transforming the dispersion of operational data into a technical maintenance assistance system that eliminates bottlenecks in decision-making.
In a context where unscheduled downtime compromises productivity, the objective is to provide operators and plant managers with a tool for natural and intuitive access to all historical maintenance knowledge, allowing them to act with expert precision in the face of any incident.

Development of an interactive assistant for TAI Smart Factory’s Q-Plant MM software, powered by generative AI.
This tool exploits historical maintenance data to assist operators in analyzing past incidents and provides intelligent support in resolving new failures in real time.
