Optimizing vending machine sales while carefully balancing business constraints and objectives, trade agreements and product diversity while minimizing product loss is essential to operational success. In our case of collaboration with Alliance Vending, we find the need to increase sales efficiently and sustainably, but addressing the challenge that each point of sale (machine) is in very different environments with different dynamics and audiences.
Introducing the “Snack” project designed for Alliance Vending. Our solution uses an automatic stock recommender based on artificial intelligence. This recommender proposes strategic adjustments to the inventory, considering business criteria and product diversity, to increase sales without the risk of loss, machine by machine. The algorithm provides responses for the entire fleet within minutes and integrates naturally into the customer’s operational dynamics.
