Knowing your customer is important for planning loyalty, up-selling and cross-selling strategies. However, customer patterns can often change, generating out-of-dates if customer segment assignment is static and not dynamic.

DRIBIA’S SOLUTION
Dribia has worked with a company in the banking sector to integrate the results of extensive fieldwork and customer exploration through surveys. These surveys have been conducted on the basis of the bank’s customers and based on the responses, strategic segments have been designed and identified. Dribia’s task has been to generate an intelligent algorithm that automatically learns customer segments based on the data available to the bank (not from surveys), which is updated daily and dynamically (tactical segmentation).
