The complexity of 3500 sale points and 300 products, together with the variability of external factors and the need to forecast daily demand 28 days ahead for each, created a challenging environment that required continuous solutions to ensure product freshness and availability.

Dribia collaborated with Danone on Project Agatha, offering a complete solution. We have developed a highly accurate prediction system (90% aggregate accuracy) to manage perishable products. In addition, we implemented this in an interactive frontend that allowed analysts to interact with the predictions at all times.
